在无细胞实验中,EG00229抑制VEGF-A结合Nrp1上的PAE/NRP和bt-VEGF-A结合纯化的Nrp1 b1结构域,IC50值分别为8 μM和3 μM.此外,EG00229能以剂量依赖的方式抑制人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs) 中VEGF-A结合VEGFR2VEGFR1和Nrp1,IC50值为23 μM[1].另外,EG00229能够抑制tuftsin结合细胞表面的Nrp1.而且,EG00229能够抑制tuftsin诱导的小胶质细胞中抗炎型M2转变,从而高效抑制tuftsin的作用
