描述
DEAE Affi-Gel 蓝胶是一种双功能亲和凝胶，与 DEAE Bio-Gel A 相同，含有共价结合的 Cibacron blue F3GA染料。Cibacron blue F3GA可作为离子、疏水或蛋白质空间活性的结合位点（如白蛋白）。溴化甲基基团可作为阴离子交换基团，结合等电点高于溶液pH的蛋白质。利用这种双功能的特性，可以通过优化缓冲液pH和离子强度从动物血清中获得高纯度的IgG。
主要功能
- 一步纯化血清中 IgG，IgG 洗脱液中含有少量转铁蛋白(样品大约稀释 5 倍)
- IgG 洗脱液中无蛋白水解活性
