The ID-Card DiaClon ABO/D (DVI+, DVI-) + Reverse Grouping allows combined testing of forward and reverse grouping as well as a double RhD determination. The first anti-D is selected for detecting the variant DVI, the second anti-D is selected to be negative for the DVI variant.
The test procedure may therefore be used for both patients and donors.
