描述
溴化乙锭是用于在琼脂糖和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶上显示 DNA 的敏感荧光染料。 它通过标准 302 nm 紫外透射仪激发并发射红橙信号，可使用 Polaroid 胶片或基于 CCD 的凝胶记录系统拍摄该信号。
溴化乙锭溶液
使用 Bio-Rad 预混溴化乙锭溶液可省去制备步骤，并最大限度地减少与有害溴化乙锭的接触。 内置于瓶盖中的便利滴管可防止吸管受到污染，并减少受污染吸头的危险废物。 溴化乙锭溶液以 10 ml 瓶装的形式提供（规格为 10 mg/ml）。
