Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded H. esophagus section using ANXA1 Antibody(Cat#JP100338). JP100338 was diluted at 1:25 dilution. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary, followed by DAB staining.
ANXA1 Antibody(Cat. #JP100338) western blot analysis in Hela,K562,A431 cell line lysates (35μg/lane).This demonstrates the ANXA1 antibody detected the ANXA1 protein (arrow).
