高度灵敏的 Immun-Star AP 试剂盒结合了 Bio-Rad 的印迹试剂和 CDP-Star 化学发光技术的专长。

描述

化学发光Western杂交检测，是同位素检测的一种高灵敏度的替代方法。酶标记抗体取代了放射性标记抗体，当它作用于底物时，可产生光信号。Luminol增强剂进一步加强信号输出，能检测到皮克级的靶蛋白，并把信号持续时间延长到 6–8 小时。发光信号可被胶片或者成像系统捕获，典型的曝光时间为30秒至5分钟。初始激发后光信号可持续24小时，因此用户可以进行多次曝光。Immun-Star™ 试剂盒是替代同位素检测的一种高灵敏度、快速的检测方法。

Immun-Star AP检测试剂盒结合了Bio-Rad 印迹试剂和 CDP-Star 化学发光技术的优点，其他特点包括：

  • 工作液在室温下保持 24 小时稳定性
  • 与 PVDF 和硝化纤维素膜兼容
  • 几个星期后，杂交印迹仍可通过加入新鲜化学发光底物而再活化
  • 能检测到10pg蛋白，灵敏度可与放射性方法媲美
  • 可以洗脱和重新杂交

提供两种基于羊抗小鼠或羊抗兔结合物的试剂盒。
