描述

Bio-Rad 的 HPLC 法检测维生素 A/E，可用于使用 HPLC 方法定量确定血清中的维生素 A（视黄醇）和维生素 E（生育酚）以便诊断维生素缺乏症。此测定允许在一次运行中同时确定维生素 A 和 E。样本制备过程通过沉淀消除了干扰物质，并且提供血清对照试剂组。
