Econo 梯度泵是一个双通道双向泵，可以应用于制备层析或重组蛋白的大量纯化。Econo 梯度泵可与其他的附件完美匹配，包括记录仪、2110 或者 BioFrac™ 组分收集器，EM-1 型 Econo 紫外检测器，EG-1型Econo梯度检测器。用户可以根据需要和经费预算设计搭建最合适的系统。
主要功能
- 流速范围 0.002–40 ml/min（每泵2个通道，每个通道最高流速达20ml/min），通过分流阀流速精度可达 ≥2 µl/min
- 控制梯度混合气形成二元梯度
- 安装、操作简便，梯度模式包括时间和体积两种梯度
- 控制分液阀收集组分或者流经废物（尤其适合死体积较大的凝胶过滤）
- 控制组分收集其的启动／停止，一些组分收集器具有等待和暂停的功能
- 控制记录仪的启动／停止，记录笔的起／落
- 通过百分比增量实现对分流阀的控制
- 根据不同规格管线自动进行流速校正
- 经济，简便，快速连接的 Luer lock 接头
- 用户可以自主调节的液晶显示器，泵的旋转转速可以自行调整，以检查泵管的磨损，按键蜂鸣声可以自行设置
- 节省空间的整合设计
- 与 BioLogic DuoFlow™ 层析系统兼容
