描述
ReadyPrep™ 双向电泳启动试剂盒是为首次使用 PROTEAN® IEF 等电聚焦系统和 ReadyStrip™ IPG 胶条而设计。 试剂盒包括一整套经测试的预混合试剂及相关试验要点的参考手册，并与 Bio-Rad 第二向电泳槽相匹配。
ReadyPrep 双向电泳启动试剂盒包含下列试验所需的所有试剂：
- 制备的 大肠杆菌 总蛋白样品
- 可溶解样品的 IPG 胶条水化缓冲液
- IPG 胶条进行 SDS-PAGE 平衡所需平衡缓冲液
- IPG 胶条转移到第二向运行 SDS-PAGE 所需的琼脂糖覆盖液
请参考下表选择适合的 IPG 胶条和用于第二向 SDS-PAGE 分离的预制胶。
